Chicken breast "Petelinka" - 2 pieces, Cheese with white mold - 200 g cherries, frozen - 1 pack (300-400 g), pine Nuts or pistachios - 100 g red Onion - 1 PC., iceberg Lettuce or salad mix - 1 bag, Sugar - 2 tbsp, Salt - 1/2 tsp, Olive or any other vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp
Step 1

Chicken breast "Petelinka" salt, put in oven heated to 180-200 degrees and bake for 20 min. When chicken breast is ready, wrap it in foil and give "rest" for 10 min.

Step 2

Salad mix or iceberg lettuce washed under running cold water and allowed to drain.

Step 3

Red onion cut into feathers. Heat in frying pan 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add salt, sugar and caramelise onions with sugar and salt on low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 4

In caramelized onions, add frozen cherries, simmer everything for 10 minutes. If cherries are sour - you can add one more spoon of sugar, but don't want the sauce to be very sweet, it needs to be sweet.

Step 5

Collect salad. On a wide plate spread the salad mix, then thinly sliced baked chicken breast, top have cut into small pieces cheese with white mold. Pour the warm cherry sauce and sprinkle with all this splendor pistachios or pine nuts. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
