chicken thigh - 4 PCs., chicken drumsticks - 4 piece chicken fillet - 1 PC., milk - 200 ml garlic cloves - 2 pieces, salt to taste, freshly ground black pepper to taste, paprika to taste
Step 1

Chicken thighs, drumsticks, fillet, wash. Dry and separated from the bones.

Step 2

Garlic peel and squeeze through a press.

Step 3

Prepared chicken meat into a bowl, pour the milk, add the garlic and mix well. Send in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 4

After 2 hours remove the meat and milk in the bowl of a blender and punching at high speed. You can skip through the meat grinder.

Step 5

In chicken forcemeat add salt, pepper and paprika. Carefully mix everything.

Step 6

To form sausages. On plastic wrap spread a small amount of meat.

Step 7

Tightly wrap the beef in several layers of film forming a sausage, tie the edges with string.

Step 8

Sausages stored in the refrigerator. Before serving, boil 15-20 minutes after the water boils. Cook the sausages in the film.

Step 9

After sausages have cooked, remove the cling film and fry in vegetable oil. Serve hot with your favorite sauces.
