500 g minced lean beef and Turkey, 1 onion, 1 piece of white bread, a pinch of dry oregano, prepared tomato sauce, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 3 hamburger buns, a bunch of any green salad 1-2 large radishes, 1 tablespoon green peas
Step 1

With bread cut off the crust, soak the pulp in small amount of cold water for 2-3 min. Onions coarsely chop and grind in a blender along with the bread. Add the ground beef, oregano, tomato sauce and yolk, whisk until smooth.

Step 2

Vilaite from the resulting minced 6 flat cutlets and fry them in hot oil on medium heat 6 min. on each side.

Step 3

Buns, cut in half. Brush each half with the sauce; lay on top the salad leaves and chicken. From circles of radish and peas make "eyes" with tomato sauce draw "mouths". Serve immediately.
