8 small potatoes, beef (tenderloin), 1 leek, white part only, 1 kg chicken legs, 3-4 sprigs fresh parsley, 2 sweet peppers of different colors, salt, 6 small onions, 20 g of celery, a Bay leaf, 6 small carrots, 500 g pork tenderloin, fresh thyme
Step 1

To clear 1 carrot, 1 onion and celery. Chicken legs, beef and pork wash, put in a large pot. Put the carrots, onions and celery. 30 minutes before the meat is cooked, boil water, slightly salt. Put carrots, onions and potatoes. Cook for 5 min. the Number of onions you can reduce or do without it.
