Minestrone Soup

Minestrone Soup
Brussels sprouts – 200 g, chicken broth – 1.5 liters, herbs Provencal, green peas – 200 g white beans – 1 tin, zucchini – 1 piece, Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece, greens (Basil, dill, parsley), potatoes – 1 PC., tomato – 1 piece, onion – 1 PCs, olive oil – 3 tbsp carrot – 1 piece celery – 2 pieces, pasta 220 gr, salt, cheese – 50 grams, green beans – 100 g, broccoli – 200 g, garlic – 2 cloves
Step 1

I had prepared chicken broth. All the vegetables I washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Canned beans washed.

Step 2

Tomato pour the boiling water (so easy to clean the skin), cleaned and cut into pieces without seeds.

Step 3

Pour in a pan the oil, add onion, carrot, celery and fry all until Golden brown. Then added chopped garlic.

Step 4

Added chicken broth, when the broth started to boil I added the potatoes and small noodles. After 5-7 minutes, added the cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, green beans, green beans, zucchini. And everything cooked for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

Added tomato, Provencal herbs include: thyme, oregano, rosemary, cheber, sage, Basil, marjoram, mint.

Step 6

All cooked until tender vegetables. At the very end before shutting down added canned beans. Salt to taste.
