Korean snack "Fern"

Korean snack "Fern"
garlic – 5 cloves, sesame oil – 7 drops black pepper – 1/5 tsp, salt – to taste, Dried bracken (young shoots "rahisi") – 100 g, onions – 2 onions, sesame seeds – 1 tsp, soy sauce – 40 ml red pepper powder – 1/5 tsp., sunflower oil – 70 ml
Step 1

Sprinkle with peppers, sesame seeds, add sesame oil and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce. To survive under the lid for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Serve hot or chilled. Can be used as a basis for the preparation of variations, such as adding in extinguishing sour cream, meat, etc.
