For the filling

a mixture of Provencal herbs (oregano,savory,Basil) – to taste, garlic, freshly ground – to taste fresh dill – to taste salt – to taste red bell pepper – 1 piece black pepper – to taste red pepper powder – to taste red onion – 1 piece a mixture of Provencal herbs (oregano,thyme,Basil) – to taste

For the test

egg – 1 PC., olive oil – 1 tbsp salt – 1 tsp, yeast is fresh – 25 g, water – 1 Cup flour – 400 g
Step 1

Knead the dough out of yeast, water, olive oil, salt, eggs and flour.

Step 2

Onion, dill and pepper cut into small pieces.

Step 3

In the dough add toppings of vegetables and spices. Knead until smooth.

Step 4

Give the dough a half hour. Again knead. Roll out the dough. Cut it into thin strips.

Step 5

Spread on a sheet of parchment to give more time to get 15 minutes. Bake 20 minutes in preheated to 200 C oven.
