Tomatoes stuffed with eggs and onions

Tomatoes stuffed with eggs and onions
mayonnaise – 50 g, black pepper powder, salt, boiled eggs – 2 PCs., parsley (green), green onion, tomatoes – 2 PCs.
Step 1

Two sides of each tomato carefully make cuts so that left ear like a basket. It can be straight or zigzag around the edges.

Step 2

Hard-boiled eggs finely chop and mix with chopped onions. The prepared mixture add salt, add pepper and season with mayonnaise or mayonnaise sauce.

Step 3

From tomatoes with a spoon remove the pulp. This should be done very carefully so as not to damage the shape of the baskets.

Step 4

Tomatoes fill the prepared stuffing. When serving garnish the dish with lettuce leaves and sprigs of parsley. Stuffed tomatoes can be served as a separate dish or as a garnish to meat.
