Step 1

Bake in the oven carrots until tender. Allow to cool.

Step 2

Boil, acidified with citric acid water, mushrooms. Chop the mushrooms into very small cubes. Finely crush the almonds.

Step 3

Combine mushrooms and almonds. Carrots grate on a fine grater and add to the mushrooms and almonds. Thoroughly knead the mixture to a state of "clay".

Step 4

Slice the loaf into slices thickness of about 1 cm to RUB on all sides of the loaf garlic with salt.

Step 5

Spread evenly the prepared mixture on the bread. Put pieces of loaf on the plate.

Step 6
